Provide an arts and cultural center for the youth of a community who have been failed in arts education, by providing local youth with a safe place, as well as an opportunity to become part of the community, while restoring a local landmark that has been abandoned for over 30 years. Expression through art can create a powerful message. This space will allow a safe place for youth to be inspired and find freedom to create their individual expression and share it with their peers: The expression of identity of self and of life.
